Since opening 7 years ago, Compassion Dermatology has been committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. In this season to continue expending creative and excellent medical care, we have established new guidelines to serve you and your family. This will give you a few options to continue accomplishing your medical goals.
Please note these new guidelines:
- Patient check-in is available by contacting our front office via cellphone upon arrival. We will assist by coming out to the car and checking in the patient. To minimize gathering in groups, patients will continue to wait in the car until your provider is ready to see you. You are welcome to use our normal check in process inside the office.
- During office hours, if you are purchasing products, please call the office and we will process your purchase while you wait in the car and bring your product out to you.
- We ask that only patients or those assisting patients come inside the office.
- Certain patients can actually have their appointments while they remain their car. Please call the office to inquire if this service is available for your “type” of appointment. (Weather permitting).
You are also welcome to use our normal check in process inside the office. If you have any questions please call the front office at 817-380-5911, option “1”. We look forward to assisting you with your dermatological needs.
